About Our Program

Our program focuses on pulling out the full potential of future divers. We are looking for students wanting to learn and improve their skills. This class consists of one hour dry land training to practice the skills required for diving and one hour actually diving. Students uncomfortable with completing a dive on their own could acquire help from a coach-eventually, he/she will be able to do it on their own with no assistance. From that point on, the coaches will give advice and correct postures for less splash, better form etc. We recommend students to practice some of the stretches learned at home for better physical condition in diving.
